The Blue Haven Raiders Junior Rugby League Club develop, evaluate, and disseminate programs that foster children ethical, social, and intellectual development. While nurturing children capacity to think skilfully and critically, we also strive to deepen children commitment to prosodic values such as kindness, helpfulness, personal responsibility, and respect for others - qualities we believe are essential to leading productive lives.
Equal opportunity for all players, officials and board members to perform at their highest level. This includes fairness, honesty, discipline, character building and team spirit to meet the ethical expectations of the community and maintaining the traditional values of junior sport. The Blue Haven Raiders have Zero Tolerance guidelines:- Inappropriate player behavior
- Inappropriate parent behavior
- Inappropriate and/or aggressive spectator behavior
- Harassment inappropriate coach behavior
- Inappropriate administrative practices / behavior

Inappropriate Behavior which is detrimental or prejudicial to the welfare and image of the Blue Haven Raiders may be cited to appear before the Executive Board Members to answer such compliant. If the compliant is proved the person or persons may be suspended or expelled from the Blue Haven Raiders J.R.L.C. The Executive Board of the Blue Haven Raiders are totally focused on ensuring that junior rugby league remains sustainable into the future and retains its value to society means ensuring that it has a strong and continuing ethical framework and standards of conduct. It also means that participants, whether they are players, coaches or volunteers, understand the ethical framework and incorporate it into all aspects of junior sport.
