Child Protection and Images Policy Blue Haven Raiders J.R.L.C aims to protect the safety and welfare of its junior participants. The Blue Haven Raiders J.R.L.C only use images of children when so authorized by a child's parent or guardian for publication.
Working with Children Consent Form It is an offence for prohibited persons to apply for or attempt to obtain, undertake or remain in child-related employment in any capacity, whether paid, volunteering or self employed. A person who has been convicted or found guilty of a listed serious offence against children (whether in NSW or elsewhere) is prohibited from child-related employment. Anyone registrable under the Child Protection (Offenders Registration) Act 2000 is prohibited from child-related employment/volunteer role.
Playing Up an Age Consent Form If this form is not completed, the player may not be covered by insurance if injured whilst playing in a higher division / age group. The player maybe also deemed unqualified, possibly resulting in the loss of points and a fine of no more than $200.00 maybe imposed on the club.

1.Coachs must be or willing to obtain Australian Rugby League Level 1 or higher certified. 2.Coachs & Team Trainers must be or willing to obtain League Safe certification. 3.Coachs who do not have an existing accreditation will need to attend the next available A.R.L course. 4.Coachs who have allowed their accreditation to lapse will be required to attend another course or provide the neccessary information to allow your reaccreditation. Accreditation is valid for 4 years. 5.Coachs or a representative from your team must attend the Blue Haven Raiders J.R.L.C monthly committee meetings. 6. Applicants must abide by and uphold the Blue Haven Raiders J.R.L.C constitution, its rules and regulations including the A.R.L and Central Coast Junior Rugby League Code of Conduct and Safe Play Code. President The President is the principal leader of the club and has overall responsibility for the club’s administration. The President provides leadership and direction to the club’s committee, office bearers, officials and members.
Secretary The Secretary is the key administrative officer of the club and is responsible for the efficient management of the organization.
Treasurer The Treasurer is responsible for the management of the clubs accounts and its financial dealings.
Registrar The Registrar is responsible for the accurate and timely registration of all players, coaches, trainers and other club officials.
Publicity & Promotions Officer The Publicity and Promotions Officer is responsible for ensuring that the club and its sponsors receive the widest possible media coverage.
Sponsorship & Fundraising Officer The Sponsorship & Fundraising Officer is primarily responsible for all revenue generation for the club.
Volunteer Co.Ordinator The Volunteer Co-ordinator is responsible for the recruitment, training and retention of the club’s volunteers.
Canteen Supervisor The Canteen Supervisor is responsible for the proper management of the club’s canteen on match days and at other events and functions nominated by the Committee.
Ground Manager The Ground Manager is responsible for ensuring that the rules and regulations regarding the club’s playing fields are respected and observed.
Team Coach The Coach is responsible for the development of player’s skills and as well as promoting positive attitudes to physical activity and sport in general.
Team Manager The Team Manager represents the team on behalf of club management and ensures all team members are kept up to date with club requirements.
Team Trainer Trainers work in conjunction with the Coach and FAO Co-ordinator to ensure all players reach and maintain required fitness levels and ensure they have a safe, healthy and enjoyable training and playing environment.
Gear Manager The Gear Manager is responsible for the safekeeping, distribution and maintenance of club equipment and player’s clothing.
Coaching Co.Ordinator The Coaching Co-ordinator is responsible for the management of the club’s coaching program and promoting the value of coaching within the club.
First Aid Officer Co.Ordinator FAO Co-ordinator provides a high level of sports medicine knowledge, procedures and advice within the club.
