Things You Should Know

1. All teams have an ARL Level 1 or higher Qualifed Coach (NCAS).
2. All teams have an ARL Qualifed League Safe Trainer.
3. All teams must undertake training @ Blue Haven Oval.
4. We strictly inforce ARL National Safe Play Code & Code of Conduct.
5. F.A.O Qualified Sports Medicine Personnel Available during Training and Home Games.
6. Enclosed shoes must be worn whilst training (no shoes - no training).
7. Jewelery including piercing and Boxer Shorts are strictly not permitted (training and game days).
8. Any player that displays inappropriate behavior including swearing will receive one strike. 
9. Any Player that recieves three strikes, the player will miss a game! ** No Exceptions **
10. All Players are requested to bring a Water Bottle to training.

DID YOU KNOW?

• There is no time off for injury in any game except the under 16’s! (injury only)
• If an ambulance is called and the game has to be stopped for a length of time time keepers must keep the game clock running.
  
• Referee's always signal time off because they are trained to do so.
• Timekeepers should ignore anyone that informs them to pause the clock for injury!
